It’s one of two days off this week and I have a TON of errands to do. So that means I’ll have to get my main workout in tonight, but I wanted to jump rope this morning.
I went outside & skipped for about 5 minutes when my dogs came charging at the door and whining for me to let them out. I obliged, but knew that my skipping efforts were about to be invaded by 2 energetic dogs.
Miley is obsessed with the ball. If you leave the ball sitting there for more than .3 seconds, she’ll start bark-yelling at you to throw it again, whereas Layla Bell is much more lax about it. She’ll chase after the ball, pick it up, and carry it around forever.
So before I begin my monstrous to-do list, I thought I’d at least fuel up with something pretty for breakfast. I chopped up some homegrown strawberries, added some pomegranate seeds & blackberries & topped it with some vanilla non-fat yogurt, Love Grown Cranberry Pecan granola and some freeze dried bananas. I didn’t even plan for this. I thought I would just have a bowl of strawberries, but things escalated from there and I began throwing in all sorts of toppings because pretty much anything sweet tastes good with yogurt, am I right?
I think I’ll start with grocery shopping today and perhaps when I’m done with all my chores (if I make it), I’m going to make something amazing that I’ve been wanting to try for a looooong time. See you all later!
