I’m Back! + 7 Links

But Dawn, you didn’t GO anywhere. Also, you shouldn’t refer to yourself in third person; it’s creepy.

Nope, but I did go to yoga for the first time in about a month yesterday and I feel “back”, for lack of a better term or phrase. I feel great, and I’m proud of myself for going. Now, I just need to go to a few more classes this week to keep up with my goals.

Breakfast was a Chocolate Acai Smoothie with a side of Twitter:

Lindsey at Happy or Hungry tagged me in the 7 Links tag that’s been circulating the blogs, and I found it to be more challenging than I originally thought! But, here they are.

Let’s Talk About Changes

This post means a lot to me, and I still go back & read it from time to time so that I remember that the things we cannot change are the main things that impact our self-esteem and sense of self worth. Once we accept that we cannot change them, we’ll be happier!

Most Controversial

I don’t really have any controversial posts yet. I’m a fairly new blogger and I haven’t received any negative feedback or someone that really challenged my opinion yet. I suppose the most controversial thing I’ve revealed is that I don’t use my turn signals in designated turning lanes :o

I don’t really know if this post is all that helpful, per se, but I did get a lot of traffic from people googling about dragon fruit. This post explains how to prepare it & what it tastes like (with real-time reactions!)

Also, this one may have been helpful for people who googled information about Chia Seeds:

Not Enough Attention

I’m not sure for this one … but one of my favourite posts that didn’t quite make it past 50 views was this simple one:

Most Proud

That would have to be a more recent post of mine — Setting Goals. I’m proud of this post because it gives myself & others motivation to stay on track with our personal goals.
