I Need Professional Help

I need professional help. Some of you may agree. Adam might think this the most out of anyone.

Perhaps my parents think I need professional help. They haven’t said much, but the sentiment might still be there.

Yesterday I was rolling around on the floor with a tennis ball under my back.

My dogs definitely think I need professional help. What I’m talking about — of course — is a professional massage! Obviously. As if my video was any indication that I meant something else…

I have the most intense and painful knots in my neck, shoulders, and back and they’re seriously annoying and inhibiting. They’re giving me headaches and just causing me to be sore all over. At this point, I’m ready to hand over money for a professional to work out the stress in my body. I have been complaining about knots in my back for a while now, so I’m going to stop complaining to people and hopefully fix the problem.

About the video on Wednesday: I think I may have used the tool incorrectly (well, duh) and I am going to try it again to hopefully yield better results.

Exciting to Me

My favourite flavour combination of all time is mint chocolate, so I was really excited when I saw that M&Ms is releasing Mint Dark Chocolate M&Ms in December. At least I have a month or so in advance to learn the art of self control. In the meantime, I had to come up with a substitute to satisfy my mint chocolate cravings. I mixed a 60-calorie packet of Swiss Miss hot chocolate, a drop of peppermint extract and a splash of vanilla almond milk together to create a hot chocolate base. I love creating a chocolatey base before adding the boiling water in because it seems to make the hot chocolate foamier.

Well, I like foam.

  1. WHAT WHAT WHAT!!!! Mint chocolate M&M’s?!?!? I have not heard this yet…Yowza, that is exciting! I love mint chocolate so much. Oh man, I can’t wait to try those.
I have been thinking about getting a massage lately as well, I’ve never had one! I just feel…tight everywhere. If you are actually in pain you should go! Your health insurance might even cover it – mine covers like 80% or something.
