Layla the Gardener says zucchini season is coming to a close, and my life will no longer be a race against time to use zucchini in as many recipes as possible. Yes, she said all that.
Unfortunately, she can’t say when the tomatoes will start over-populating my household, because she’s a lazy gardener.
So I thought I’d do a Zucchini Recipe Roundup. This made me realize that I actually didn’t make that many recipes starring zucchini, but it’s still a great start for next year when everyone with a garden becomes overwhelmed with them again.
Two versions of zucchini fettucini: Version 1, Version 2

So there you have it, all my zucchini recipes. I can’t wait for apple season and all the new recipes I’ll get to experiment with!
Is anyone else getting excited for fall? The weather has been a little cooler lately, and it reminds me of everything fall and how great it is. Summer is amazing, but I think fall may be my favourite season.
Just a question: What was your favourite university/college course?
I’d have to say mine was Italian. I’d love to take an advanced course in it. It’s such a cool language and I was actually engaged in the class, rather than sitting on Facebook or Twitter the whole time. Not that I do that normally……..
Blah. Sometimes classes are boring though!

Oh my gosh! I love your dog! and I will most definitely be testing out that chocolate muffin recipe soon!
Yay
let me know how it goes!
These recipes look great! I’ve never cooked with zuccini before, but I really like it! These may be the excuse I need to buy some!
I think so
Go for the double chocolate muffins! lol
I love zucchini, so thanks for the recipe round-up! I also love fall, so I’m ready for summer to be over and for pumpkin recipes to start popping up everywhere.
My favorite college course was abnormal pysch. So interesting!
oooo pumpkin and apple recipes! I love pumpkin candles in the fall as well. And I’m taking a psych course next semester! Not sure if we have that one, though .

Not too late!!! Lol
Bahaha, your dog kills me!
NO I am NOT excited for fall! I can already feel it in the air and I want it to go away! I want it to be summer foreverrrrrrr.
I need to buck-up and try some of these recipes before summer is over!
As soon as fall actually comes & I stop to think about it, I’ll be all NOOOO I WANT SUMMER AGAIN.

I will send Layla over with a basket!
Um. HELLO little muffins. Would you like to come visit me?
bahhaa something tells me they wouldn’t be returning from their visit!
Your photos are amazing! I love zucchini. I’m so glad I found your blog!
My favorite course was probably organic chem (call me crazy, but the professor was amazing and it was so rewarding!)
I’m so glad you found me too!
And I agree — having a great professor makes any course amazing & memorable.
